Integrated seamers

The open design of the LR and LK seamers allow them to be easily integrated into larger machines enabling mechanization of entire production flows for maximum productivity and quality. The example shown here is an LR seamer performing can closure on capacitors. This one station closes the can, fills it with oil, seals the can, prints the logo and product information on the can, and performs final electrical inspection. The entire station was designed and manufactured by SunTech.
